Organisation structure

Design section

  • Study basic requirements of the Owner. Review the site plans/conditions in conjunction to the applicable building regulations of the concerned authorities and ensure compliance of the same
  • Prepare the drawings/documents and submit to the respective authorities for their approval, if required.
  • Prepare the complete, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical design/drawings/load calculations as may be required for authority and Owner approvals.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the respective authorities in obtaining the required approvals.
  • Prepare tender documents with itemized Bill of Quantities, with complete general and particular specifications in addition to terms & conditions of contract.
  • Receive tender submissions; prepare tender analysis and advise the Owner accordingly.

Supervision section

  • Supervise the execution of works at site through site-visits, follow up the progress of works, safety and ensure the conformity of works with the drawings, contract documents. The Consultant shall issue instructions to the contractor to abide by the terms and conditions of the contract agreement and or require him to comply with the specifications and standards, as and when required.
  • Provide the contractor with any necessary clarifications pertaining to the contract documents/drawings in order to ensure the satisfactorily completion of the project.
  • Approve the detailed workshop drawings and samples of materials proposed by the contractor, subcontractors or suppliers and ensure their soundness and conformity with the standards and specifications. Coordinate with the Owner and contractor in the finalization of any provisional items/works.
  • Certify interim payment certificates for the contractor. Review the contractor’s claims and submit recommendations to the Owner for approval.
  • Conduct and chair site meetings as and when required; Report to the Owner on the progress of the project at regular intervals.
  • Issue variations orders to the contractor with the consent of the Owner, for any additional works as may be deemed necessary.
  • Carryout the final inspection of works, issue final acceptance certificates to contractor(s) and prepare the final settlement account and due payments.
  • Coordinate with the contractor(s) in order to furnish the Owner with one set of as-built drawings/guarantees/warranties for the project.
